Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships — so you always know where your parcel is.

Tracking is provided for all orders, domestic and international. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We hope you love your order — but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition with tags still attached. We're not able to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.

How to Start a Return

Just email us at hello@alderandthread.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
